Crystal Yoga
Fiongal will lead a dynamic vinyasa class allowing you to come out of your mind and into your bodies, and connecting you with the breath. Poses will be matched with mantras and life lessons for you to take from the mat into everyday life. To follow, a short period of Yin: a slow, profoundly calming practice that will ready us for the healing crystal meditation. Using crystals in our resting pose allows great focus, profound restoration as well allowing us to connect with our intuition.
Sound Healing
Then Lucy will lead us on a unique sound journey, using crystal tones alchemical singing bowls. Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls are 99.9% pure quartz crystal and blended with healing gemstones, sacred earths and precious metals. These sacred bowls deliver unique healing resonance and beauty like none other. Fiongal Greenlaw, the founder at The Wellness Foundry, is a tarot reader, Reiki healer and yoga teacher. He has read for hundreds of clients as well as running events and workshops at The White Company, Crabtree & Evelyn and 42 Acres, Shoreditch.
Lucy Reid, a practitioner of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, is the creator of VeraLu Sound Healing. She also brings her energy as a Reiki Healer and deep love of Shamanism to her practices to support her client’s personal journeys and growth, believing that connection and love achieves true transformation.
