Rebecca turned to Reiki healing in her early twenties when looking for holistic ways to recover from a severe illness. Her healer was of Cherokee heritage and recognized Rebecca had a gift and encouraged her to explore Reiki and the psychic arts to serve her higher purpose.
As Rebecca became more experienced as a psychic reader, she also saw that so many of her clients were out of energetic alignment and would profoundly benefit from Reiki to get them back on track.
It gives her great joy and a sense of fulfillment when her Reiki clients leave a session feeling peaceful, energetically aligned and “lighter”.
What is Reiki healing?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses the hands to channel energy into the body to restore balance and harmony. It is a non-invasive therapy that works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
What happens in a Reiki healing session?
To start, the practitioner will invite you to lie down or sit in a chair with your eyes gently closed. Then our Reiki practitioner places their hands on or near your body, depending on your preference, in a series of hand positions. Meanwhile, the practitioner will focus their intention and energy on you, allowing the Reiki energy to flow through their hands and into your light bodies.
During the session, you may feel a warm, soothing or tingling sensation as the energy flows through your body. As the session progresses, the practitioner may move their hands to different positions, focusing on areas where energy blockages are present or where you may be experiencing discomfort.
Throughout the session, you are encouraged to relax and breathe deeply, allowing the Reiki energy to flow freely through your body and promote healing and balance.
The length of a Reiki session can vary, but it typically lasts 60 minutes. After the session, you should feel relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated. It’s also common for you to experience a greater sense of awareness and insight into their physical and emotional well-being.
Does Reiki hurt?
No. Usually, people experience Reiki as relaxing and comforting. It can bring about sensations such as pins-and-needles, heat or coolness, tingling etc. which may be mildly uncomfortable but often pass quickly.
I don’t live in London, can I still have Reiki healing?
If you’re thinking, “I don’t have someone who practices Reiki near me.” Don’t worry. One of the beautiful things about energy healing is that our practitioner can send it remotely, anywhere in the world. Usually, it works best if you find a quiet space and time so you can feel the full benefits of the session.

What is Reiki good for?
As mentioned, Reiki involves channelling divine energy to promote the natural healing processes in the body. This process brings greater balance and harmony in the physical and light bodies.
What are the benefits of Reiki healing?

What should I wear for a Reiki healing?
For a Reiki session, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax and move freely. Also, avoiding wearing any jewellery or accessories that may be uncomfortable or distracting.
Some Reiki practitioners may also recommend removing shoes or other footwear during the session to promote a greater sense of grounding and connection to the earth.
Ultimately, the most important thing is to wear clothing that allows you to feel comfortable and relaxed during the session.
How many Reiki sessions are needed?
The number of Reiki sessions needed varies depending on the individual and their specific needs. Some people may experience significant benefits after just one session, while most clients may require multiple sessions to achieve their desired outcomes.
Generally, we recommend that individuals receive a series of Reiki sessions to achieve the most significant benefit. We offer discounted packages of three sessions for this very reason.
