Hi, I’m Fiongal
I founded The Wellness Foundry Psychic & Spiritual Development Group to serve an unmet need in my own experience. I was having a spiritual awakening and I had nowhere to turn. My soul longed for direction, learning, and above all, community. I soon discovered that in that longing, I wasn’t alone. Finding community catalysed by development to where it is today. My work as an award-winning reader, instructor, mentor, and spokesperson for the wellness space has allowed me to find the greatest gift of all – like-minded souls to encourage and share the journey with.

I’ve never done anything like this, will I be out of my depth?
No; the resources and group are specifically designed to welcome and include you wherever you are on your spiritual journey. The group includes people of varying abilities and stages within their practice.
If I’m not entirely sure if the Spiritual Development Group is for me, is there any obligation to stay?
Not at all; we purposefully offer month-to-month subscription models so that there is no obligation to stay. However, we firmly believe you’ll love it! If, for whatever reason, you feel it’s not for you, you can cancel your membership at any time.
What kind of Spiritual Teachings are in the video library?
The video library resource covers all aspects of intuitive and spiritual practices. They cover all the fundamentals such as grounding and protection, the chakra system, healing and space clearing. Then there is also more in-depth subject matter such as How to Work with My Spirit Guides, Spiritual Dimensions, The 8 Clairs, Past Life Regression and more.
What are the group members like?
The group is warm, welcoming, and highly supportive of each other’s journeys. Most new members are surprised at how down-to-earth, relatable and non-judgmental the other people in the circle are. We understand that the spiritual realm is filled with the weird and wonderful! But this group is both grounded and approachable.
How do I know this spiritual development group is safe?
Here at The Wellness Foundry, the team have trained for many years and making people feel safe is our number one priority. We also know that joining a Psychic and Spiritual Development Group can be intimidating and a giant leap into the unknown. But this is why we have set up this programme: to support people just like you!
How much time do I need to dedicate to the spiritual development course content?
1.5 hours a week for the live sessions, but these are optional. The courses are prerecorded video content, so you can watch in your own time, but we would suggest putting aside around 2 hours per month. Then around 1-2 hours per month for homework. We also put weekly recommended planners into the Facebook group to help you keep track.
